An update somehow overwrote the KiwiIRC config files, breaking KiwiIRC.
KiwiIRC is up again, but for some reason, the reverse proxy has stopped working. (Apache config hasn't changed)
For the time being, KiwiIRC is exposed directly, so you'll have to connect on a different port.

- KiwiIRC should be working again. There was a configuration error that triggered in recent Firefox versions.
CGI::IRC still gives issues in modern browsers, but works in old browser versions. This
is still under investigation. I suspect there might be an incompatibility with HTTP 2.0- Disabled HTTP2 for the irc.blaatschaap.be subdomain as it prevents CGI::IRC from working
